Affiliate Program Policy

Welcome to the Gloova Store Affiliate Program. Our program is designed to reward beauty enthusiasts, influencers, and content creators who share our passion for authentic Skin Care, Hair Care, and K-Beauty products. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Eligibility

To join the program, you must submit an application through our Affiliate Portal.
Gloova Store reserves the right to review and approve or reject any application based on the quality of content, social media presence, and alignment with our brand values.
You must provide accurate information regarding your identity and payment details.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on every successful purchase made through their unique referral link.
The standard commission rate will be specified in your Affiliate Dashboard upon approval.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and applied discounts).

3. Cookie Policy (15-Day Duration)

We value the effort you put into driving traffic to our store. Therefore, we offer a 15-day cookie duration:

How it works: When a potential customer clicks your referral link, a “cookie” is placed on their browser.
Eligibility: If the customer makes a purchase within 15 days of clicking your link, the commission will be attributed to you, provided they haven’t cleared their cookies or used another affiliate’s link in the meantime.
Last Click Wins: Our system operates on a “Last Click” basis, meaning the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase receives the commission.

4. Payout Terms & Minimum Balance

We ensure timely and transparent payments for our partners:

Payment Frequency: Commissions are processed and paid out on a Monthly Basis (e.g., the first week of every month for the previous month’s earnings).
Minimum Payout Threshold: To qualify for a payout, your account balance must reach a minimum of 1,000 EGP.
Carry-over: If your earnings for a specific month are less than 1,000 EGP, the balance will be carried over to the following month until the threshold is met.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of Gloova Store, affiliates are prohibited from:

Using “Spam” methods (email, comments, etc.) to promote links.
Bidding on our brand keywords (e.g., “Gloova Store”, “Gloova K-Beauty”) in search engine advertisements (PPC).
Creating social media pages or websites that impersonate the official Gloova Store brand.
Offering unauthorized discounts or misleading claims about our products.
Self-Referrals: You are not allowed to earn commissions on your own personal purchases.

6. Termination of Partnership

Gloova Store reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account and withhold pending commissions if any of the prohibited activities mentioned above are detected or if the affiliate violates any part of these terms.

7. Modification of Terms

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via the email address associated with their account.
