We know you can’t wait to start your new skincare routine! Typically, deliveries within Cairo and Giza take 1 to 3 business days. For Alexandria and other governorates across Egypt, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gloova experience. You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We meticulously inspect every order, but if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
